Our Bed and Breakfast is actually the traditional "campidanese" house from the 1950s of my parents, completely renovated in 2013/14. Located in the S. Elena neighborhood, in the heart of Quartu, it is just a short walk from the beautiful Basilica, services, and transportation that will take you quickly (10 minutes by bus) to Cagliari and the beautiful Poetto beach, which has been awarded the Blue Flag for many years. Our structure is ideal for families who want to find the comfort of home during their stay, as well as for business or work trips. We offer our guests a shared bathroom for all rooms (reserved only for the B&B), free wifi connection, heated rooms, the freedom to come back at any time during the night. Additionally, Sa Bardunfula has an independent entrance from the rest of the house.

My name is Ignazio and together with my wife Giuseppina we manage the B&B Sa Bardunfula in our Campidanese house from the 50s (renovated in 2013/2014) of my parents, on the first floor, in Quartu Sant'Elena. We are very friendly people who like to relate to people, so once we retired (I'm a former non-commissioned officer A. M.) we thought of opening a B&B and now we are waiting for you to show you the true hospitality and simplicity of the Sardinian people. We are waiting for you, adiosu !!

Welcome to Quartu S. Elena, a charming town with approximately 75, 000 inhabitants, located just a few kilometers from Cagliari, the capital of the region. Here you will find numerous services and means of transportation that will take you in just a few minutes to the beautiful beaches of Poetto and the entire coast, which stretches for about 25 kilometers.
By crossing Colombo Street, you will have the opportunity to admire a lagoon (once a thriving salt pan) where thousands of pink flamingos have chosen to nest. This natural spectacle will surely delight tourists and photography enthusiasts.
